Information you give us: when you request a quote, use our instant estimator, or submit a form, we collect what you enter — like your name, phone number, email, property address, and project details — plus any photos or videos you attach.
Usage information: like most websites, we automatically collect basic analytics when you visit — pages viewed, time on page, the link or ad that brought you here, your device type and screen size, browser language, and your general location (city level, estimated from your IP address). We store this with a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
To respond to your quote requests and provide our services; to schedule and confirm appointments; to send invoices and receipts; to understand which of our services people are interested in and where our customers come from; and to make our own advertising smarter (for example, knowing which areas of town to advertise in).
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers that run our website, email, and invoicing (like our hosting and payment processors), and we only share what they need to do their jobs.
